Great place definitely staying there again!

The hotel was in an excellent location, and the rooms were nicely-appointed! Only drawback was the restaurant, which advertised a number of items on its menu that weren’t available

The view from the rooftop was A M A Z I N G !!! We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious and complementary breakfast very delicious!!!

Property is very clean, hotel views are amazing, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Pool is very small, it’s inconvenient having to go thru the restaurant to go outdoors to the pool area, pool is mainly for kids.

Our room was super clean( thanks to Adriana, she’s such a sweet heart). The breakfast was a bit repetitive, it’s basically the same thing every day except they change only one item on the menu. The refrigerador in our room didn't really work, I bought milk for my daughter and it went bad the next day. Everyone in the staff were really courteous and helpful except for this one lady(she works in the restaurant). The air conditioning was a life saver 10/10! Over all 8/10 Thank you HBlue for this great experience.

Perfect stay

El servicio al cliente es muy amable y respetuoso. Todas las instalaciones muy bonitas y de buena calidad. Muy limpio. Terraza y vista al malecón muy bonita también. Lo único que le falta es una alberca más grande en una área más segura. Desayunos muy ricos. 😎

Great view from balcony, customer service and location. Breakfast was tasty and the view from the restaurant is amazing!

Roof top bar was really nice!

Loved the cleanliness through out and prompt assistance in the restaurant, the reception and even housekeeping. The distance to the malecón is only one mile away; about a15-20 min walk. Did not like the debris as you look out the windows towards the beautiful ocean. Did not like the swimming pool right outside the restaurant. Anyone eating in the restaurant can see you swimming right out the window. We did not use the pool.

Very nice hotel

The room was nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The daily breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I disliked was the tiny pool, its located at the top next to the restaurant, so its uncomfortable to use it since people are eating all around it.

Beautiful view, excellent service! Food was great!

It was a very clean hotel overall with plenty of parking available if you choose to get a rental car. It's in a great location close to all the restaurants and main beaches were only a15 minute drive away. The room had good AC and room service came by everyday to replace all the towels, clean the bathroom, sweep and mop the floors and make the beds. With all the sand you track in from the beaches this is very necessary. They also provide laundry service at a low cost which helps. The staff is amazing and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. 10/10 recommend.

We enjoyed the location. It was close to the "malecon", restaurants, and shops. All the staff was very nice, helpful, and professional. The food at the restaurant on site was delicious. The view from the rooftop bar/terrace was excellent!
