Awesome... the room is comfortable, the bathroom is quite spacious, the hot water flows smoothly whenever it's available, you can request additional appliances like a hair dryer or iron if you need it. There's also a shared microwave. Netflix is already available, just watch. Full-service 5-star reception and security.

The room above is very noisy because it is on the side of the road. Even with earplugs it is still noisy and I can't sleep. The drain hole in the bathroom is small so the water takes a long time to drain, making the floor very muddy and slippery. The hot water is small in the morning. I happened to rent a motorbike at this hotel.

Pleasant place, clean room, clean bed, fragrant, clean duvet, clean toilet, maximum hot water, good AC. Great parking, great reception. Note: there was no sink in the toilet in the room I booked, that's all. But it isn't a big deal. Highly recommended, will return if I have business in the area.

I stayed in a suite plus, and the room was large and clean. However, the bathroom cleanliness could probably be improved. It smelled a bit bad when I stayed, and the towels were also smelly, possibly because they were left there for a long time and not changed.

The staff are friendly, from the receptionist to the security guard, all very helpful and friendly. The room is cool, clean, and cozy. The bathroom is nice, with hot water working properly. Check-in/check-out is fast and easy. There's also tea and coffee available at the dispenser outside. The only downside is the soundproofing, so the sound of ambulances or vehicles outside is very audible. And perhaps an addition would be to provide hotel slippers? Overall, it's very good, recommended, almost a perfect 10/10.

Best of all, there's a playground. The rooms are also clean and tidy.

If you want to go sightseeing in Bandung, it's also close because it's located near the Pasteur Toll Road. I definitely recommend staying here ✨️
