The staff was incredibly friendly. Upon check-out, I encountered a problem: the blanket cover looked like it had been burned, and I couldn't figure out where it came from. After I explained that I didn't know where the burn originated or when it started, as I never handle hot objects like lighters, let alone cigarettes, as this isn't a smoking room, Asthaloka accepted my concern and didn't press the issue. The service was truly excellent.

The check-in process is easy, the quiet environment is great for resting, fragrant, cool, the room doesn't get stuffy because there is a lot of ventilation.

It's really worth it, please. When I arrived, the receptionist was friendly. However, the room wasn't soundproof enough. You could still hear the sound of vehicles, even footsteps outside the room. However, the soft mattress for a hotel of this price is really worth it. The floor was a bit dusty, but overall everything was okay. Please improve the cleanliness. 😄
