Staff tiptop, overall good based on my rating, but meals at the hotel need to be improved. Please improve.

No lift, limited choices of breakfast menu.

Can improve on the breakfast buffet not much choice. Great staff and good location. Some parts in the room need to be repair such as the toilet door knob. Room quite small and no lift to the upper floor but with that price it is acceptable. Definitely will return once the pool finishes.

Strategic location because it's beachfront. Currently, the swimming pool is under construction, so the view is obscured by the construction zinc. There's still a lot of work to be done. Indoor slippers should be provided.

Trip 21/10/2025 (2D1N) New hotel..close to Teluk Kemang beach (there is card access at the back door)..restaurants are also within walking distance..room size is not that big according to the price & location..room is clean & fragrant..toiletries are complete..bfast food is varied with local & western menu.. overall very satisfactory & will repeat again confirmed

Everything was good. The location was incredible, near the beach, just a few minutes' walk only.
