The rooms are inexpensive, comfortable, and the facilities are decent, 7/10 👍🏻

I booked this hotel for 192,000 VND on the Travoloka app. The pictures didn't match reality. The room I checked into was in the basement of the parking garage, with the hotel owner's name written on it. They gave me a room where, behind the curtain, the trash can was visible, and the toilet looked like the picture. When I asked how I could sit on it, the owner remained silent, implying I had to accept it for the price. The toilet smelled like sewage, there were mosquitoes in the basement room, and I lost all phone signal. When I returned from the beach at 10:30, the door was closed, and I had to call to have it opened. I tried to explain everything to the owner, but they just stayed silent and didn't reply. I just hoped it would be morning soon so I could leave. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one at the reception, so I left the key and went home. I guess because of the price, they just gave me what I wanted. I will never book this hotel again.

The owners are so cute, the room is mainly for resting so it's super suitable for my needs, I will still come back next time
