Depends on what your looking for but on checking in I did think that if I’d wanted the full prison cell experience it would have been cheaper to have just punched a police officer! Photo of room on website really misleading, tiny cramped bare room with a rock hard bed, visit Madrid for the full Alcatraz experience 👍

It was great

Good size room & bathroom for low cost. Very thin walls - woken up by neigbouring room’s alarm clock & snoring. There are 20 minute slots for breakfast that you have to book the day before due to small eating area.

Clean Room, Great staff, good breakfast, 10 minutes distance to the Airport by car. There is a macdonalds walking distance.

The room was really cold and it was on “cool” mode instead of “heat” until I had to insist twice about it to staff.

It’s a new budget hotel. Has some pros and cons, overall good experience. It was a good location for us to reach downtown’s tourist attractions buy Metro.

Room had everything you could need and close by to a metro station for easy accessibility throughout the city

Room was clean, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were cheap so you get what you pay for as a rule, but I thought the rooms were a good size and the bathroom was huge! Probably the best shower I’ve ever used.

Small room but very nice and clean. Daily housekeeping. No fridge, kettle or cupboard. Very good air con/ heat, shower & TV. When we got back from a horrible rainy night it was nice to sit in the lobby to dry off with the free tea offered. Wbe back.

Clean room, and friendly staff, and modern furniture, and decent breakfast

The room was comfortable but I was given the room for disabled so the shower was not good. You could not close the door and the whole bathroom got wet.

Customer service was below terrible. Fatima at the reception did not communicate our breakfast timing and then insinuated that we were lying! Never again.
