Rooms need to be sound proofed (there was a wedding with live band so I could not sleep), they need to figure out the leak happening that results in multiple whatsapp scam requests prior to arriving (pretending they are hotel reservations)

Visitors not allowed to Rooms or common areas whuch doesnt make sense. During day time asking ID of the visitors to allow them to common areas doesnt make sense at all. The guys not aware of policies or how to treat visitors. Customets are clients and not meant to be managed or commanded where to meet visitors etc…

All the staffs are helpful and co-operative. Service is excellent.
