The woman who lived there and ran the place was very, kind, diplomatic and effective. She made it a great olace to stay.

Some staff members are not only excessively rigid, but at times appear to act with deliberate disregard for guests—both new visitors and long-standing patrons. I chose not to accept such conduct, which consequently resulted in several confrontational exchanges. However, it is important to acknowledge that there are also staff members who demonstrate growth, understanding following misunderstandings, and a consistently helpful attitude.

I had a single room (I think the only one in this hostel). It was basic, but relatively comfortable and clean. The only problem was musty smell in the room and even worse in the bathroom. It's a very busy place, there was always someone in the kitchen and the dining room. It's ok for a one night stay, but rather not longer

I wish to formally report an extremely serious and unacceptable situation that occurred upon arriving at the hotel booked through Expedia. At 8:00 p.m., when we arrived, there was no one at reception and we were left waiting without assistance. During this time, a completely intoxicated man physically assaulted me with two punches, without any provocation whatsoever. All of this happened with no hotel staff present and with absolutely no security measures in place. Only when I started shouting did the receptionist come out. The reservation was for two people. The second guest, a woman, has suffered a serious anxiety episode as a result of the assault, completely ruining the trip. Due to fear and the total lack of safety, we will not continue with the stay. We will spend only the first night, but the remaining four nights will not be used because this is not a safe place.
