We moved rooms after the first night. The first room was in the basement - no fridge, no safe, not much natural light, noisy with doors slamming (from staff), no hand towels. The hotel offered us a different room for the remainder of our stay. The room on the fifth floor was much nicer, brighter, and more comfortable. We really appreciated the offer to change rooms. Breakfast was basic, but nice to have. You had to pay to use the Nespresso in your room - I've never stayed in a hotel where the coffee put out in the room was extra charge. You needed to buzz to be let into the hotel every time you left. The traffic on the street side of the hotel can be loud. Entire property very well kept and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and went out of their way to move us to a more comfortable room. Nice to have drinkable water provided in the room. Smart TV worked well. At the end of the day, the price was excellent for the lodging, comfort, and services received. We would definitely stay here again - just wanted to provide our observations for improvement.

We had a really nice stay here. It is centrally located and the staff goes above and beyond! We read online that it can be very loud, so we brought eat plugs which was necessary as it is on a busy street. Otherwise, would happily stay again!

The hotel location was key. Easy to Uber everywhere and walkable neighborhood. We used the gym every day. We enjoyed the included breakfast. Security was good. Shower and bed were great. All of our requests were met with a smile: extra towels, extra hangers. Note that there is a mini bar charge for capsules to use in the in-room Nespresso mini. We opted to pick up coffee at the excellent nearby Sede Cafe instead. Otherwise our room included a complete kitchenette. We enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows, room darkening draperies, and overall quiet. We would stay here again if we return to México City.

This boutique hotel is A1. Location is was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, bars, Chapultepec Park and lots of shopping near Reforma. Short uber to Roma. The staff at the hotel was friendly, the breakfast was great, the room was spacious. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

A truly wonderful stay! My room was clean and spacious and had nice amenities. The staff was very nice and helpful and the free breakfast (with option to take on the roof or in your room) was a nice benefit! It's off a street that can be loud but my room was very quiet!

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was great for accessing Chapultepec Park and nearby museums, and very easy to get a taxi or Uber to the Centro and other areas we wanted to visit. Above all the staff were GREAT! So helpful and friendly. They even helped us find a last-minute tour to Teotihuacan for the next day when we asked about options- we left for dinner and when we came back, they had one booked for us. Breakfasts were great too!

The staff was super attentive at every interaction. Rooms were clean and everything was functional. The hotel itself was centrally located and there was a slew of restaurants nearby to walk to as well as a convenience store for water and snacks. Would 100% come back to Ubicuo again.

Stellar is the only word that comes to mind for this newer organized Boutique Hotel. Whattsapp messaging is an art form for their service. Through the App we arranged transport car to and from the airport paying driver directly. Any updates or needs were met within minutes. We set up Breakfast twice in our room and once on the roof. If you give them notice the night before you can order on app or on their phones for the time you want it done and can have at lobby, on rooftop ir your room. Cooking is done in lobby area if you just plan to show up. Our Spanish is limited which was no problem to English Speaking guests with primary staff. Housekeeping was good. Drinking water in room. Have a nespresso machine in room some charge for coffee pods. Also have Hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator kitchenette sink with dishes and tableware.there is a small balcony with chairs and table. Street in front is busy but all drivers we used that week said makes it easy to get to. This is two short blocks off reforma and nice walk to Zoo and museums. Very dynamic and energetic location. This was among the nicest overall stays we have had in quite a while. Thanks!!!
