The hotel was comfortable with a delicious breakfast, but unfortunately, we got a room with a view of the brickwork. Check-in was a little after 2:00, and we had free simple mirror art. So far, so good, except for the view from the room.

Everything was fine, except for a slight misunderstanding between the receptionist and the restaurant team. We stayed in a deluxe suite and requested an extra bed. The receptionist informed us that the price included breakfast, towels, and slippers. However, when we went to have breakfast this morning, the restaurant team (presumably the DW team) said our room could only accommodate two people. So, yesterday was a bit of a delay. But after a brief interim response, everything was fine. Thank you for the excellent service.

The bedroom is clean, comfortable, and strategically located. A hairdryer and smart TV are also included, making the room even more comfortable. ^_^

Check-in was quick, with direct access to the adjacent mall, though the entrance was a small door leading to the parking lot next to the mall. However, it led directly to the north lobby.

I stayed overnight. The hotel, food, and service were all quite good. Parking was a bit limited, as I had to park near the exit upon check-in. I also requested a complimentary breakfast, but it wasn't offered. The room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and spacious. However, the LED strip lights in the restroom couldn't be turned off, and the AC was too loud, disturbing my husband and I, as we're used to sleeping in darkness and silence. This is a small point of criticism, but overall, it was okay.

In my experience, this hotel is attractive because of its strategic location in Central Jakarta, where it has special access to the mall next door. So, if you want to buy snacks or eat at the mall, it's definitely possible. I happened to go to the mall next door to visit Watson. The lobby is quite comfortable, the staff's friendliness is okay, but it needs to be improved; some are welcoming, some are just so-so. The restaurant is comfortable, but please vary the vegetables more, as they are cut too large, and don't have the same menu every day. As for the cleanliness of the room, please pay attention again, some parts are dusty and not soundproof enough, coincidentally the room next door was a bit noisy and the sound could be heard. Otherwise, it's good, suitable for those who want a staycation or vacation if you want to stay here.

Comfortable & strategic hotel in the city center

The staff is friendly, the location is not noisy, the pool is nice, only the location to the hotel is a bit far from the MRT construction, but the good thing is that it is close to the mall and there is access from the hotel to the mall which is closer and faster, everything is okay.

The room was clean and tidy, complete with a coffee machine. The location is also strategic, next to the mall, so you can easily buy anything within walking distance. The staff is friendly.

Excellent hospitality and staff support

Actually, everything was fine, except the water heater in the room wasn't very clean and smelled of rust. It was late at night when we arrived, and the staff wasn't very responsive (or perhaps they were tired) in helping us carry our three hand-carried items—two large and one small. Fortunately, the breakfast menu was good, complete, and the staff were ready to help. Thank you!
