First time in this place. It’s totally fabulous! The front desk man (the Indian with the glasses) really helped me during my first stay. He even allowed me to not deposit some money just because he said the card machine could not read my card. He also helped me to open the room door when I left my card inside. Another his friend the Chinese guy is also good. He told me to use the rooftop of Mingle Rest when I told him the Masjid Jamek was closed. I was impressed with their hospitality. In return, I was supposed to give them some coffee, but I don't know whether it is considered rude or not, so I little bit regret it. Next time I come to KL, absolutely I will stay here. Thank you.
