The hotel was good, overall okay.

Small but classy hotel. It has all the facilities, but some rooms lack them, and some room facilities don't work. But if you are having a short stay, then this location is recommended. Walk to nearest Indian restaurants and Indian delights. Amazing tea and coffee in Chennai bakery just beside the hotel. Walking distance to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral. Walking distance to Central Market and Catholic Church, temples. Easy access to public transportation.

Everything is okay, the bed is comfortable. But there's a small cockroach, but it didn't bother me, so it's okay. The cleanliness is just okay, but maybe one day can do a deep cleaning. And it will be better if there's a Netflix on the TV. It's just boring because it only has 2 channels. Even if don't have Netflix, maybe can have a lot of TV channels. The lobby is pretty, staff are very friendly. So far everything is okay. And don't worry, if someone wanted to book the BRYQS Hotel, the ad pictures are the same as what I see at the hotel.

The "make up my room" and "do not disturb" buttons didn't work. The refrigerator wasn't compatible with the electrical outlet. They had requested cleaning in the morning, but it hadn't. Finally, they asked for another cleaning that evening, and it seemed the mattress and sheets had only been made, not replaced. The towels hadn't been taken out. Trash was left on the floor.

The location is strategic, close to public transportation, the staff is friendly.

Stayed at Bryqs Hotel & Spa with my family in two Briqs Suites located on different floors, and we had a really pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. They provided an iron with an ironing board, a safe box, and full toiletries including towels, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The location is also quite strategic and easy to access. The front office staff were very helpful from the beginning. We did not have cash for the deposit, but they kindly allowed us to use Indonesian currency (rupiah) equivalent to 100 MYR, which we truly appreciated. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out so we could walk around Petaling for a while, which was very convenient. Just a note for future guests: the hotel does not provide breakfast, and it seems that room cleaning needs to be requested at the front office. We stayed for two nights and our rooms were not cleaned, but that was our misunderstanding because we assumed it would be done automatically. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely recommended. ✨

electricity down for almost 24 hours and no compliment at all as a courtesy for the guests. I put "Make Up Room" hanging on the door but until i came back at around 6 or 7 PM the room is still the same and again I have to ask them at least change my towel, mineral water, coffee, tooth brush. Anyway.... the room was cozy, nice and clean. Only the service and the hospitality need improvement.

The hotel is quite clean and the location is very convenient, close to KL Sentral. However, the bed made my skin feel a bit itchy during sleep, and some corners of the bathroom weren’t properly cleaned. The room also had a slightly unpleasant smell. Upon check-in, I was also charged a tax of RM 28.30. Hopefully, cleanliness and transparency about extra charges can be improved.
