Doesn't match the photo, turns out it's the narrow type

There was no attendant in front of the hotel parking lot to direct or arrange parking. The hotel staff was friendly, but the facilities were poor. I arrived at 5:00 PM and couldn't watch TV. There was only one glass, and even worse, the hot water in the bathroom didn't work. Most annoyingly, I called several complaint numbers but none of them answered. I complained when I was about to check out, and the attendant only apologized. Well, that's what happens when you go to Sarangan, sorry, I don't recommend it for a stay.

The hotel staff was nice, friendly, and helpful, but the Wi-Fi was so slow, it couldn't be used.

Sorry to say, in the middle of the cold of Sarangan there is no hot water 😔

The service is good and the staff is friendly... but: 1. The room is very dirty, cigarette butts are not cleaned and there are animal feces in the front room and the room. 2. Asked to move rooms, but the reason was full even though the front room that I wanted to stay in was empty from when we checked in until we checked out. 3. The bathroom is super dirty and smells bad. 4. The roof of the room is peeling and the walls are dirty. 5. The water heater takes a long time to get hot water, we have to wait at least 30 minutes. 6. We got the corner room on the 4th floor, no. M2. 7. Our room was next to a smelly and dirty warehouse. Suggestions for the hotel and staff, so that they don't cover up if someone complains about moving rooms with the excuse of being full. Thank you.
