The hotel room was clean, and the staff were lovely!

The room was nice, spacious, and new. However, there was an inconvenience: the bathroom door wasn't completely sealed, only the top part was open, and you could see the toilet from the sofa. Additionally, there was no soap or hand towels. The breakfast experience was really poor. Guests had breakfast at Cafe Maison and could only choose one dish and one drink. There were only a few options: noodle soup, beef stew (with noodles or bread), and beef steak (it was called that, but it was more like stir-fried beef, with very thin slices of beef). The bread wasn't even crispy, it was cold. Honestly, if the hotel invested in a better breakfast, I think this would be a good hotel, worth staying at.

The hotel offers breakfast, with each set meal including a drink. All the food is delicious, especially the beef dishes. The coffee is excellent, particularly the salted coffee. The toilets are top-notch with smart toilets.

Everything was perfect except the hotel should train its staff to be more professional and provide better service to guests. They wait for guests to call or ask for something before someone goes to fetch it. There wasn't enough staff ready to greet and drop off guests.

Good will probably come back next time.
