The staff is friendly and allowed us to check out one hour late without any hesitation; the service is very fast! The location is very good too, which is very near to the MRT station and connecting to many areas. Just that the bedroom is smelly, maybe because of the carpet in the room.

It was an okay stay, we were staying for 2 nights. The plus point is the location, close to Bendemeer MRT and food hawkers and restaurants, 15 minutes walk to Mustafa Centre. The room is small and compact, typical budget hotel in Singapore, the toilet position is too close to the door, so if you're a tall person, it will be inconvenient. No space for big luggage, so keep that in mind.

Stayed for a week. It has several food options right in front of the hotel. Close to bus! Close to MRT as well (Lavender). Food options: prata, Vietnam, three meals a day, fish & kopi, Toast Box, Hainanese chicken rice, lovely!

An animal was scurrying around in the false ceiling of the room for the two nights we were there. I don't know if it was a lizard or a mouse.

The location is very good. It is close to the MRT station, cafes, and restaurants. I was only quite bothered by the noise from outside. Since my room is closest to the road, plus there's a construction nearby, I couldn't sleep well at night.

Pros: - Great Location: Super convenient for getting around since it’s close to two MRT stations (Blue and Green lines). - Food Options: Plenty of spots nearby serving delicious, reasonably priced food that suited our taste. - Smart Room Layout: Although I had mentally prepared myself for a tiny room, it was still a bit of a mild shock at first. However, I was actually quite satisfied with how well-organized and functional the room layout was. Cons: - Inconsistent Housekeeping: During our 5-night stay, I pressed the "make up room" button twice, mostly to empty the trash bin, which is quite small and fills up quickly when traveling with a kid. However, it was only cleaned once. The second time, we left in the morning and came back late at night to find the room completely untouched. - Unprofessional Front Desk: The reception staff were quite aloof and didn't seem very friendly. I didn't expect small talk, but processing my check-in while FaceTime-ing her boyfriend was definitely a bizarre experience :))) - Poor Soundproofing: The soundproofing is very poor. Every early morning I could hear rustling noises from upstairs, and almost every conversation from the neighboring room or the hallway was clearly audible. If you're a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs. Fortunately, I was so exhausted every day that I still managed to sleep soundly. Overall: Still a good option for the price range, mainly due to its convenience and location.

Old hotel, the carpet in the room is damp, the AC in the room I got seems like it has never been serviced or cleaned.

Location is great, close to MRT stations and lots of food options nearby. Room is small, but still usable. Price is definitely among the cheapest. The negatives: every time I enter the room it smells very damp. Hot water in shower was not hot or even warm, just a choice between cold and slightly less cold.

It's very close to the Bendungan MRT station, and the rooms are quite spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The amenities are complete, the bathrooms are clean, and there's hot water. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

Hotel is nice but a bit far from the center. You can take the MRT from the hotel.

I recommend staying here for those visiting Singapore. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and clean.
