The closet is not working, the bed sheets are stained

none of the staff are friendly, indifferent, don't want to find a solution, the sink leaks until it floods, only got 1 towel, toilet paper runs out, no room tissue, soap runs out, no drinking water, the trash can in the room is dirty and smelly, the mattress and blanket are dusty, the AC is not cold, there is no room telephone, there is no clear hotel contact, they say city view but it is actually closed by a building, repeated complaints are not responded to

New building, some facilities are still in progress, clean towels, fragrant pillowcases, thick mattresses.
