The apartment was very clean, except the toilet, which looked like only the seat had been wiped and the rest not touched in a while, and the shower could use a little maintenance to make look cleaner. After the toilet we kind of lost confidence the whole bathroom was properly clean. The apartment setup is very professional, and well organised. Private parking garage, and small sauna/hot tub, check-in is completely automated. Good value for money, this would have been a 5 star review if the bathroom had received a little more attention.

The email the day before told us everything we needed to know on how to access the key. We didn't have daily cleaning but were able to access fresh towels. There is a dishwasher and washing machines as well as a tumble dryer all free of charge in the garage do take some washing powder. There is a caretaker about but we were left alone the whole time which was nice

There was no warning that we had to watch email for access instructions. I circled the hotel and couldn't figure out how to check-in until another guest, sitting on their balcony, told me to look at my phone!! Now, this is not impressive because what if I didn't have cell or cell service? It is a huge extra cost to have data and texting overseas! So that was the start of our experience with this venue. Once we knew how it worked...super easy! But why NO WARNING! Next, was the surprise that I booked a 1 bedroom suite and received a studio suite!! WOW. After chatting with other guests ... the same thing happened to them that what they booked was not what this hotel delivered! I am not sure what is going on there but management is apparently done remotely from Budapest and the couple on site are only caretakers of the physical state of the property. The local caretakers are wonderful and I spoke with them at length. But regardless these caretakers are not there to check guests in or move guests around if problems arise! The Budapest office is severely lacking management skills....So that is all I can say ... major lack of skill and expertise here! I spent a considerable time on the phone both of the following days with NO RESULTS. The only compensation was from Hotels.com after another lengthy phone interaction. The compensation remains questionable until I actually use it to see if it works.

We have never experienced this when booking hotels through Hotels.com but then again it is not a proper hotel. We had to make about 7 telephone calls and yet, arrived at the property not knowing if we had secured a property. We were constantly told, 'only the manager knows'...'the manager is away'...'the manager will email you all the necessary details about the property' and the promised email at the end of each telephone call never arrived. After venting out our frustration over the phone whilst waiting at the property, we got in to the apartment eventually but we did not get the correct code for the main entrance so for our next 4 nights and 5 days stay, we entered the property from the garage. Well, we did get out from the front door so the manager might consider it to be okay perhaps. Once completed the trip, I have made a formal complaint through Hotels.com and the property did not even want to consider compensating us for the phone calls. It says a lot about their customer service, or non at all, I should say. We went to Heviz to relax and enjoy all the health benefits that Heviz offers but we started being really worked up and frustrated. We would definitely not go back and would not recommend.

Heviz si a great little town. The apartment was great, super clean with balcony. The only drawback is that during these summer months the AC located in the living room barely reaches the bedroom. Bathroom is huge and very clean, loved the little balcony. We are definteky coming back to this apartment!

It was a nice new hotel. But there was still road work and other works going on during my stay.

We booked the morning of our stay and didn't see that they asked to contact them 24hrs before to arrange access to the apartment. We turned up and called the hotel contact who was fantastic at organising access straight away. She was super nice and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Just a 5 minute walk to town.

The ultra-modern service and style. Reliable garage. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Overall good accommodation but creaking noises coming out of beds when doing only a slight move was a nightmare. Literally. We couldn't sleep two nights. Apart from that the apartment was rather clean (except hair in shower and dust on conference table in living room). Wifi was slow, too.

Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Ruhige Lage und sehr zentral. Zu fuß 5 min bus zur Blauen Kirche.

Room was according to expectations. The room's picture displayed during the booking does not correspond to reality. Bedroom's bed was extremely sqyeeky. Room was dusted poorly. Air conditioner's filter (air con reked when on) and shower room vent (was also cogged with dust) were not maintained (did not call for maintenance either, there was enough time to maintain them myself :-) ). Shower fixture was loose, again, repaired myself. Despite all this the stay was satisfactory, we rested well and enjoyed the facilities. I guess I overpayed.
