Always running out of food at breakfast … Restaurant was close …. Pool water flow was very noisy need to adjust ….

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful

The rooms were very large with loads of storage space. Large bathroom. Very clean. The breakfast was average. Staff were helpful when asked. Bathroom hot water took a while to heat up. Bed was a little firmer than I would prefer but overall a great hotel and close to mall. I will be back. Great price for quality of room you receive.

Too noisy

The room was clean and beautiful & the staff was lovely but I did have some problems. I didn’t have hot water for my first 24 hours there and my toilet would not always flush. On top of that every day a large sum of water would be seeping up from the floors near my bed, I almost slipped and fell quite a few times. Construction was also being done on the property during my stay and they would start very early in the morning waking me up daily. For the price I paid for my stay, I shouldn’t have had to deal with these issues. & not a complaint but just fyi for anyone deciding to stay there without a rental or anyone new to Guyana, the location is not in walking distance to anything so a taxi will be needed for you to go anywhere.

The property is generally clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but I was glad to have pumpkin and roti. Coffee was of the instant variety, and my preference is brewed. Location is right in providence. I thought the design of the premises was strange. The only window in the room i stayed in is in the bathroom. The room was cold even after i turned off the air conditioning upon arrival, which i found strange. Walking to the only amenities offered, that are the pool and restaurant, were likewise unusual. No elevator, and walking to the amenities seemed like an exploration into the unknown. The price was low relatively speaking for Guyana these days. The pool area looked like it was under construction and could be a highlight if they added a swim up bar and music.
