Very clean and tidy, extras like cereal and chocolate complimentary. Great food and staff

The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what to do. Sunday night hotel closed up by 9pm we had great difficulty getting back in, had to go thru their late night bar and security had to get someone to help us to our room. They are more concerned about the new extension bar/meal area don’t seem bothered about the actual hotel side. It is in a great area tho but wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff are amazing! To stay I would not recommend at all!!! Beds are good, bathroom is nice from the renovation but walls are way to thin! You can hear everything! I didn’t even stay my second night! We had about a 30min gap of no noise the entire evening! Pub downstairs great! Awesome for families. Just don’t stay!

Check-in was great Newly refurbished Hotel We ate at the hotel and the food was amazing Rooms very comfortable a clean and beds very comfortable with lovely fresh linen . Would definitely stay again

Wonderful staff!

Well located with plenty of parking. The rooms are nice however, the music from the band downstairs made it hard to sleep - not good the night before doing the Noosa Ultra Trail Run. Otherwise, fine.

Beds are comfortable. It is lovely to stay in old buildings that have character. The staff were great.

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and new.

Incredible value for money! Beautiful, newly renovated rooms. VERY quiet, stylish, comfortable beds, contactless check in at anytime. Great bar, live music and food down stairs. Location across from Woolworths, 5 minute walk to the Noosa Marina. 10/10! We will be back.

Photos don't do the rooms justice, they are larger than shown, toiletries, gowns, kettle with milk in fridge, cereal and bowls. View from window was lovely but you have to stand on bed to see it. Shower was good. Didn't eat in the restaurant but beer garden was good. We forgot to put the sign on door so room wasn't made up nor toiletries/supplies replenished which was a shame. I did message to ask if they could be but disappointingly never got a reply. Air conditioning good

Check in was hard to navigate as it was at the bar and not at the lobby. The room is renovated however we had a very sleepless night as the karaoke and partying downstairs went to 2am it was very loud. The rooms should be separated or there should be no karaoke/ live music below guests. Perhaps they are trying to do too much. Going home very tired

From our arrival, every one of the staff were amazingly friendly, upbeat and helpful. The hotel had a relaxed, happy, comfortable atmosphere. All our meals were excellent and service was prompt and plentiful. The recent renovation has been done to a very high standard, our room was clean, new, comfortable with an brand new impressive bathroom. Checkin was easy and parking plentiful.

Yes everything was great

What a fantastic hotel. It has got a restaurant and a sports bar. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard. Choice of pillows and a dressing gown add to the experience. A nespresso machine , fridge and kettle are all provided. Plus cutlery and crocks for your use. We loved our stay in Tewantin and would highly recommend the Royal Mail Hotel. Oh and check out the old photos !
