The best thing about this accommodation is the central location. The room was clean but very small for 2 people. The shared kitchen was ok if you are happy to use while several other guests cooking around you. The staff were very pleasant. We had trouble with the door handle, we couldn’t leave our room until the cleaner came to rescue us. It turns out that you have to force the handle down!

It was too hot inside the building, there was air conditioning in the room but it did not work. There was a kettle mugs and a coffee machine but no coffee, sugar, milk, spoons, pods. The shower door was not able to open properly because of the sink being in the way as well as this the staff were not very accommodating with check in we asked if it was possible for slightly early check in as we had been travelling since 3am and they refused I’m sure they could have given just half an hour early and this would have helped a lot

The room was spotless, the apartment was just right infront of the tram station that took us to the Zurich Airport. The location is great!!! I love visionapartment. I will definitely going back to Switzerland and will book in the same apartment as we are very happy with our stay! The people working in visionapartment are the BEST!! Very friendly and accommodating and most of all approachable!

Room in good situation. However the hotel facade is not well perceived.

Room was very basic. No AC, only openable window which pulls the curtain when you open it. Coffee machine, no Coffee pods. Everything has to be requested via email like an iron and ironing board. This then arrives 24 hour's after you need it.

Too loudy at nights, the nexts rooms were smoking at night despite it is prohibited

Room was clean and had all the amenities that were listed/described. Close proximity to city center and Zurich HB. Originally booked Leonhardstrasse but got switched for Studio Apartment Senior. Nonetheless, hotel room was good and clean.

El departamento muy limpio y bonito. Pero la comunicación con el anfitrión es muy pobre… cumple con todo pero no contesta mensajes o correos. Era una incertidumbre recibir el mensaje con el PIN para ingresar hasta 8 horas antes del check in.

Excelente. Único questão foi não ter um contato direto com alguém do hotel (WhatsApp ) e o colchão da cama muito molengo, doendo a colunas. Recomendo. Excelente

If you are looking for a place for one night - it works . But otherwise - for a stay of a few days- it’s been unpleasant . Too many details are annoying . This is a person free hotel . As opposed to other reviews - I had no issues with checkin. But the room is not as in the pictures (“pictures are just representative” I was told) . The rooms don’t get cleaned , the shower is annoying (entrance too narrow , water not always hot) . The room can get loud . There is no reception or place to lock your luggage properly. The design of the room ales it uncomfortable for more than a day or two . I had no issues to reach customer service even though they couldn’t solve the complaint .

The only that I don’t like it’s that they don’t am have hot water for the shower. The rest it’s very good!
