Great suite and location.

Gorgeous room with the best view ever! The breakfast wwas delicious! So many choices! The staff was so heloful. We loved our stay here!

A beautiful newly built property with amazing views and an exceptional staff. Immaculate rooms and pool. From the moment we got there we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. Ezequiel the bellboy helped us with luggage and always greeted us and held the door open for us. Mariela the supervisor was excellent as well. We had an issue with something and she took full responsibility like a leader should and resolved it right away with great professionalism and respect. She made sure that we were taken care of. Everyone was great but one staff member stuck out like a shining star the way she went above and beyond for us and her name is Veronica. She's the receptionist that checked us in and from that moment all the way until check out she provided us with nothing but 5 star service. She went above and beyond several times to make sure that our vacation in Bariloche was an unforgettable one. We were thinking of doing a tour to see a famous lake that was pretty far and she stepped in and gave us some recommendations that saved us a lot of time, money and made the trip to the outdoors even better. She suggested renting a car which was cheaper than a tour for 2 and went out of her way to type out a full customized itinerary for us that included some of her favorite hidden gems full of crystal clear lakes, hikes and an amazing waterfall! She even booked it for us. I've been around the world and the level of hospitality and service that she provides is rare. Thank you!

The hotel is in an incredible location overlooking the lake, great pool and wet/ dry sauna. The breakfast was exceptional and tye staff were lovely - in particular, Megan (reception) and Tomas (restaurant) - they are great ambassadors for your hotel, friendly/ dedicated and professional. The only note of concern is the balcony. Some of the decking was broken/ loose (like a springboard) and the glass barrier on the balcony was alarmingly low (waist height on an adult ) which made us very concerned for safety, I would not be comfortable with children there. The hotel should please rethink this and install higher barriers.

Beautiful hotel in the most amazing location. View of the Nahuel Huapi, walking distance to the city center. The room was huge and beautiful, the service outstanding, from check in to valet, breakfast, everybody is super nice and welcoming. Can't wait to return, Thank you!!!

Water view and the restaurant were excellent!

We’ve stayed in many places, but this hotel stands out as a clear favorite. What really made the difference was the staff; they have a way of making you feel right at home throughout your entire stay. Pair that with a phenomenal breakfast, and you have the perfect getaway. We'll definitely be back!

We spent a few nights here for our honeymoon and were really impressed by the level of service. The staff were incredibly hospitable from the jump; they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite and had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room, which was a very lovely touch. A few highlights from our stay: The View of the lake was stunning. It’s the kind of backdrop you don’t really get tired of looking at. The Spa was very well done and was a great way to spend some time as the weather was not great on one of the days. The breakfast was excellent, good amount of variety with high quality ingredients, the pastries were excellent and coffee was the best we found in Argentina. Overall, the team made us feel incredibly welcome without it feeling forced. It made our time in Bariloche that much better. Highly recommended

Clean, modern hotel, with beautiful grounds and gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. Nice restaurant and wine bar on site, with capable room service. Excellent air conditioning. Ample parking in underground garage. Great location: 5 minute walk to restaurants. 10 minute walk to the central square. The staff was fantastic! Very patient, helpful, and friendly. We stayed one night upon our arrival in Argentina - and liked it so much we stayed two more nights later in our trip.

Everything was amazing.

Clean, nice pool area, breakfast ok, views from rooms good, excellent service. Would have given 5 stars but the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner was not great- and the bathrooms were tiny and cramped (like can’t even close the door small).

The hotel is nice and new, so it's very clean. Our room was super nice and you cannot beat the view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it's within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dinner we had was only okay and we felt like it was significantly overpriced. And the pool area is nice but they need some umbrellas for the people that would like a little shade. Also, the lighting in the bathroom of our room was not very good.

El hotel es nuevo y está muy bonito, sin embargo el baño es demasiado obscuro y toda la ambientación es demasiado industrial, muy de hombre, le doy 4 estrellas porque a mi esposa no le encantó por estas razones
