It's strategically located for access to UMY. The staff are very helpful, but in the early hours of the morning, no one is there to assist someone without an access card.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The bathroom, to be honest, was a bit clogged, so the shower water took a while to drain, but it was a very comfortable stay for around 300,000 Rupiah. Because I booked two rooms, I got a free bed because I was bringing my child. The breakfast was varied, and the view was beautiful.

I really liked the hotel, it's close to everything. Lots of shops, restaurants, laundry, a 24-hour convenience store, and all the student prices... you know... really cheap.

I tried to understand because when I checked in it was really busy. So it's natural that the receptionist was a bit tired and seemed a bit unfriendly. Hehehe. Hopefully it won't be the case with the others. But from the start, this hotel is really nice. At that time, I just asked if the room I booked didn't have a kettle? The answer was "Oh, that's the room that..." (what I understood was that it was a promotional room, so there wasn't one). Maybe it would have been better if it had been said "Oh yes, I'm sorry, sir, all the rooms on the floor you booked don't have electric kettles." But it's okay. The receptionist was probably tired. Sorry, yeah.

I hope the receptionist can improve their service and enable the blue tick on their WhatsApp account as a public service. Overall, it's quite good.

It was a great stay. It's close to everything, and finding snacks and food is easy and affordable, as it's a student neighborhood. The service is friendly. The rooms are clean and very spacious.
