All the team make our stay as dream. They help us to book everything expedition, transport and activities. The place feels like paradise. Surrounded by vegetation and sound of water. The morning is just amazing with all those birds singing. So if you are planning to visite boquette firefly is definitely the place you need to stay. Thank you for making our stay as a dream

Parking was easy and close to rooms. Clean and big room. Checking in at the Charming little restaurant off the road called "Destino" was quick and easy. And Destino is a gem! You can get great espresso coffee drinks, cocktails and the food is great!

Clean room, comfortable bed and bedding, available late check-in with code, quiet location, cute room and restaurant. However be aware if on second floor that the stairs up are outside, very narrow, and they go directly into the room (no landing). Also the room has limited hooks and no shelves. We also had to request a heater for our second night. We slept in many layers our first night since we got in late and the AC was blowing at 16c. But overall, we liked it.

It was so lovely. Clean. Bed firm and comfortable! The staff were friendly. Especially the young man waiter at their Destiny restaurant. We had no water pressure or hot water but we told the owner and she discounted $30 off. We would recommend this place highly if the water worked better. But we still recommend Firefly but at a lower rate if there’s no water pressure or hot water. I would check first. Their restaurant is wonderful.

Cori is amazing, very responsive and accommodating. Rooms are okay. Far from town/center. Better if you have a car.

This place has a great potential of success, hope it grows within the years, rooms are beautiful and cossy.

George & his familia - including Bambi were wonderful. It was a great location for our needs and had everything required for a good stay. If there were one complaint, it would be the pillows. They are thin and lumpy and an upgrade on those would be very welcomed.

I loved my room. The only disappointment was the restaurant was not open, although when I used Google Maps to search for a restaurant near me, it showed it was open. Kind of confusing.

El concepto del lugar me parece bueno, sin embargo hay varias cosas que mejorar. Empecemos con lo bueno. El personal fue atento, el ambiente agradable y todo muy limpio. La habitación cómoda y amplia. La terraza con vista al jardín y con un acceso directo al restaurante muy bueno. Y el desayuno estuvo muy bien. Dónde siento se debe mejorar es en algo básico pero importante en un lugar como boquete donde el agua que sale de la ducha es fría. Y eso es el agua caliente, el cual no funcionó para nada bien. La primera noche el agua salía super caliente, al punto de quemar y fue difícil de calibrar. Bañarnos fue toda una hazaña. A la mañana siguiente no había agua caliente y dado que la salida era a las 11:00 am, fue una peor experiencia bañarse con esa agua tan fría. La puerta de la entrada, aún cuando estaba utilizando una cerradura moderna (smart) no se sentía para nada segura y se entia que era fácil de abrir. Con respecto a las horas del check in y out, me parece que deben ser evaluadas. Entrar un día a las 3pm y luego una salida a las 11am me parece que no es lo correcto, pero es mi opinión. Siento que más justo sería un checkout a la 1:00 pm. Tomando en cuenta lo que cuesta la noche a precio regular en este lugar, comparando con otros lugares similares alrededor, y lo que comento arriba creo que relación costo-beneficio no está equilibrado. Viajo frecuentemente con mi familia a boquete y definitivamente probaré otro lugar la próxima vez.

La chambre est très jolie, les lits confortables , manque une bouilloire et au moins 4 verres .

El entorno es agradable, pero dentro las habitaciones se abajo se duerme mal por ruido ya que el techo es muy delgado. El primer día no hubo agua caliente. En las habitaciones de arriba el espacio es muy estrecho y sin ventanas, y el baño no tiene techo (se filtran los olores hacia la habitación).
