Great place. Modern and clean. Staff very responsive on WhatsApp. Great if you want a no frills stay. Nespresso machine, kettle, TV and fridge in room. Nice soap and shampoo. Down sides were towels were a bit small and rough (so probably old). Doors are not sound proof so you can hear the corridor a bit (not awful though). Otherwise a good stay and will use in the future. 20 minute walk from conference centre and close to train station.

Overall the stay was wonderful! Easy to use app and access code, super helpful and responsive customer service! But and I big but that is specifically to my case is that I travel with my son( almost 3 years old) and my mother(67 years old) and they booked us the Room #1, which was next to the street. We hear everything that was happening outside from the cleaning truck to the normal pedestrian crossing the street. Yet! We slept wonderfully! The mattress are nice and the bathroom was on point( they put several towels, which worked great). I choose this hotel due to the proximity to the metro, and it was perfect! The station has an elevator so thats an add on(unfortunately L1 does not have to many elevator). The neighborhood looks very local, but nothing to worry about. We are coming from the US but originally from south America, therefore all this Barrios are similar/look a like the ones we grew. Hopefully this review helps as we had such a wonderful stay in Barcelona.

Smelt bad and people knocking on doors at 5am when I had a day of meetings the next day.
