Overall great hotel for the price.

When traveling to Chetumal my family and I always stay at Casa Chetumal. It is clean, offers parking and is in close proximity of almost EVERYTHING!

Horrible air conditioners, only ran at full blast. Towel with spots on it. Bedsheets very rough. Room looked crappy With some broken fixtures.

Enjoyed the layout of the common area. Good internet. Attentive staff and housekeeping. WEll located near good restaurants, the museum and waterfront

Muy lindo hotel

The pictures and what you get are not the same thing. It serves it propuse, in my opinion a little high price for what you get. Maybe it was my luck and I got the last to improve unit.

Excelente hotel 🏨, cable con muchos Canales, servicio de cafetería y estacionamiento, se encuentra en el centro de Chetumal y a dos calles del malecón.

Las camas son de muy mala calidad y tienen muchas goteras

La propiedad bien , mucho ruido en cuartos

Excelente lugar para descansar, cerca del malecón y varias tiendas y restaurantes. Lo que no me gustó que no tiene elevador para los pisos de arriba.
