Beautiful hotel. Staff was lovely and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on site. Beautiful little pool and outdoor area. Concierge arranged seamless excursions to explore the country

This was a gem in Belize City close to the water and walking distance to restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious- had both traditional and Belizean offerings. The room was so nice and the AC was refreshing. It had a great gym with ample equipment. There was an outdoor seating area, a full service bar and relaxing pool. I would stay there again.

The staff were all super pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms and clean and comfortable. Thw restaurant on sight is also really good, surprisingly so

The property is new and modern. Clean. Has everything you need but the coffee machine didn’t work and the treetop cafe that you need reservations for is horrible. There was a party 4 and not a single person enjoyed the food.

The staff was all amazing here. The gym was state of the art. The food was a little more expensive than I would have liked, but was very delicious. Pool and patio area was very nice. The one and only thing I would have loved to help off set the price of food around us was a microwave. The room had a coffee machine and small refrigerator but nothing to heat up left overs. But overall I would love to stay in this hotel again.

The restaurant, pool and gym are awesome. The staff is amazing. Jairo and Kehiana took great care of us the entire stay. The room was spacious, modern and clean. We did not have time for the spa, but they have lots of offerings.

Not a big selection for food and the pool is small.

The room provided an outdoor balcony with chairs and table,enjoy the sight of birds and sounds. Room service I enjoyed having my meal delivered within 15-25 minutes after order

Very clear hotel. Nice pool ( but a little small) good food and ambience. Staff were very helpful and willing to assist. Definitely one of the best hotels in Belize

Friendly staff, tropical welcome drinks, fairly clean, ocean view rooms are a bit small, view is okay, brown surf, popular parking spots in front, some loud music, construction on new building makes streets busy, no loud construction noises, pool was okay, treehouse resturaunt had good food, close to water taxis, minimal city sites for this location, good housekeeping, salon did not have a hair stylist. Would recommend, but ocean views are not spactacular.

Everything was just as pictured. Food was really good but pricey as expected for a hotel like this. There is not much around the hotel but it felt safe and staff were very helfpul.

The property is amazing. We stayed in the penthouse and it was great. Stay away from the restaurant in the lobby. Food was mediocre but Very poor service. They forgot one meal and never really brought it out. We asked for it to go and my son had to eat it in the room after we had eaten. They still wanted to charge us for it. There are a lot of other places to eat close by that are much better like celebrity restaurant and bar or Martha’s.
