Nice property with a great restaurant on property.

Breakfast and dinner were very good and the AC worked very well in the room

The property is beautiful and very clean. The restaurant has good food which is a tad expensive but expected I suppose for the quality of the hotel. The pool is smaller but great to cool off in. A couple of things I did not like. One, the birds in the outdoor sitting area. They congregate at night and don’t stop squawking until 2 or 3 in the morning and start up again around 5 a.m. they are so loud outside the rooms that it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. Two is there are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance everything else you’d have to taxi too. This is a great hotel to stay a night if you’re in Belize city for an excursion. I definitely wouldn’t stay for an extended vacation as there’s not much to do around the area.

The staff were very attentive and professional. The room was well appointed and always clean. I would return here for a repeat visit to Belize.

Shuttle was easy to find and driver good.

It’s an OK hotel. Beds were good. Breakfast was good. But amenities are lacking.

Nice hotel, great staff, good food and great gym.

They showed the property on the water, but it was a block away from the water. There’s no beaches and there wasn’t much else in the area. The pool was small. The spa was way overpriced was not happy at all.

Food at restaurant was served cold and service poor. There was no hot water for shower.

The ocean was visible from our room. Our room was cleaned well. Sadly, we did not find the spa service to be great. We had a couple's massage and neither therapist was warm or communicative. Everything else about the trip was great and I would go back, but I would skip the spa

Nicest place to stay if you want to be in the city or need an overnight place for flights reasons. Rooms were clean & comfy, staff was very friendly and food was higher end. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Belize City.

I loved everything about this hotel. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The food and pastries from the on-site restaurant was wonderful. The entire staff was incredible, everyone made us feel so welcome. I will definately stay there again when I visit Belize.

The whole facility is kept very clean. It has one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen. The view from my room was great. They did not have enough towels at the front desk if you are going out and need one. Service at the pool was very slow.

Very clean and all the amenities anyone could want. Nice modern rooms.
