This home is absolutely gorgeous, conveniently located, with good facilities, clean, beautiful, and worth the money.

The standard single room with a lovely balcony was fully equipped, but there were a few ants in the refrigerator during my stay. I hope the housekeeping staff will pay attention to this. The staff at Hom were very kind, enthusiastic, and attentive. The location is very convenient. I will return to Hom if I have the chance to visit Hue again.

The hotel lacked proper entrance and exit. Guests arrived but the reception staff didn't assist with their luggage; they had to drag it in themselves. However, motorbikes were parked haphazardly in front of the hotel, blocking the entrance. We had great difficulty moving our luggage inside and the same was true when we left. The staff didn't help clear the motorbikes or assist guests in getting their luggage into a taxi. This caused my mother to struggle to pull her suitcase, and she even lost her gold ring when it hit the rearview mirror of a motorbike. The hotel should pay attention to the entrance and exit at the lobby instead of leaving guests to walk all the way to the counter to be served. At check-out, they simply replied, "Your order is ready," leaving guests struggling to figure out how to get their luggage to the taxi. If they offer motorbike rental services, they should also value their guests. Overall, I will not return. The hotel is located in a small alley, making vehicle access difficult, but it's within walking distance of the tourist area. The rooms and toilets were clean.

The staff were lovely and enthusiastic. The room looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside was that there was construction going on next door when I stayed, so it was noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't very good. You could hear the noise even with the doors closed in the next rooms. The bathroom also had a strong sewage smell.

I can feel how much love you guys here put into Hom, I'm the type to pay attention to details so my experience at Hom was quite complete. When I first entered the room, the first impression was that it smelled great, was clean, tidy, had new furniture, and felt like it was being taken care of carefully after each guest. A big plus for the lovely, enthusiastic staff who supported me very well. Another plus is that for the first time there was a place where I used shampoo without drying my hair :)))) I only have one small suggestion: Hom should have 1-2 foot mats in the room, after taking a shower, my feet would be wet and there would be no place to wipe them, which is quite inconvenient. In short, it's a must-have at this price. I will definitely come back many times when I come to Hue. I hope this quality will last a long time. *No seeding, rest assured
