Long walk to zocalo, but quiet because. Room was really nice. Slept well. Great shower.

Location was great, staff was nice.

We were not aware that our room faced the parking lot. Some guests were not quiet when they arrived late at night. Please mention this for this room. Most staff didn’t speak English, one staff spoke great English, but not always around. They asked me to sign a contract of rules, but not in English. Very confusing if we could eat or drink in our room or not. Breakfast cafe ran out of black tea, and didn’t notice that we drank only tea the first day, and didn’t restock. Enjoyed the fresh juices. Loved the garden/flowers. Room not cleaned for a multiple night stay. Hotel advertised as having WiFi which we depended on to plan our time in Cuernavaca. However WiFi and streaming TV stations did not work. False Advertising. Complained to front desk, and tech issue not resolved.

Great place! We were pleasantly surprised, I don't have a single complaint, all was outstanding. And the chef made a delicious breakfast! I highly recommend this quaint hotel!

Limpieza excelente, alberca limpia pero le faltaba quitar la suciedad del fondo, instalación bien, solo la llave del agua de la regadera no cerraba bien pero bien, almohada colchón y ropa de cama excelente, en amenidades solo hizo falta la crema en general muy bien lo recomiendo al 100%

Si me gusto mucho el lugar, muy lindo y tranquilo, asi como se ven las fotos esta lindo, la alberca muy bien, aunque no tuve tiempo de ocuparla espero regresar pronto… la habitación grande, espaciosa y limpia, el muchacho que nos atendió excelente, muy amable 🤗 el lugar es excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente para los que les gusta estar en un lugar agradable y con jardin, el estacionamiento no es muy grande pero caben perfectamente los autos para las habitaciones que son 👌

Sin papel higiénico. Miscos en la habitación. Un piquete de algún bicho en la cama. Otros más en paredes.

El personal muy amable, la habitación muy confortable y limpia, en general un hotel muy agradable

el menu era fresco, aceptaban mascotas, el personal muy ausente. No nos dieron la clave de internet, no te preguntan si necesitas algo y el estacionamiento muy complicado

No pude usar la alberca, no está climatizada, de hecho muy fría, la habitación muy cómoda y confortable, pero después de haberme entregado la llave, no hicieron limpieza, ni sacaron la basura, el personal amable, pero solo hay una persona para todo el hotel. Alquile 16 días, al sexto día dejé la instalación, se arruinó mis vacaciones.
