The power outage was handled very poorly, the surrounding hotels were still on, but here it was still off. We used a generator but it was still not strong enough and there was no solution, making the holiday uncomfortable.

Room 311 is very unsafe. The cable on the table lamp is peeled. At that time, I wanted to try charging my cellphone on the table lamp, when I saw the cable was peeled. Thank God I didn't get electrocuted. If I touched it, I could get electrocuted. The drinks at the cafe are also not worth it. I ordered sweet tea, but the color of the tea water was still clear. And I ordered juice, but it was water mixed with syrup. Ouch. Sorry for the honest review so that in the future it can be improved and paid more attention. Thank you.

The hotel staff was friendly... but unfortunately without asking which floor I wanted the room on, the staff immediately said it was on the ground floor, which was fine... Well, in the end I just gave up... Breakfast was fried rice, eggs, and sausage, but the rice was a bit dry.

The check-in process was very fast and the customer service was very helpful. Upon check-in, an employee escorted me to my room. Furthermore, the pool is clean, with two pools, one for adults and one for children. The rooms are quite nice, though I had some issues with the shower. The place is spacious and close to everything. I stayed last Saturday night and there was live music.
