The room was hot and restrooms were wet. But it's clean and very convenient.

Everything was acceptable and true to pictures online. The only exception was that contractors and housekeepers were doing aircon maintenance and cleaning of toilets during peak breakfast time. Imagine the workers dusting the fan coils during breakfast. Reception staff didn't seem bothered at all.

Stayed here for 1 day to attend an EXO concert. Overall, everything was good. Just some advice: please provide a few hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom.

A modern capsule hostel with great amenities, but the tiny space and strict rules kept it from being perfect. My stay was comfortable overall, especially for a short trip. Everything worked well and the common areas felt clean and new. However, the capsule itself was a challenge and a few policies felt a bit inflexible for guests. Ambiance/Facilities: The hostel has a modern, stylish vibe. The cafe area is really nice and contemporary, and the overall facilities are good with amenities provided in abundance. Free drinking water is available, which is a thoughtful touch. Food: They provide a simple mini breakfast that’s enough to start the day. It’s basic but appreciated for the price point. Staff Assistance: Staff were responsive, but strict with policies. When I requested a fresh bedsheet change, they declined and said it’s only done every 3 days. Check-out was also enforced exactly at 11 AM, even though they still allowed luggage storage after. Highlights: The modern cafe, plentiful amenities, and free drinking water made the stay feel well-equipped for a budget capsule. It’s clearly designed for travelers who want a clean, functional spot. Price: For the price, it’s good value if you prioritize facilities and location over space and flexibility. You get a lot of amenities for what you pay. Location: Conveniently located and easy to access, which makes it a practical base for exploring the city.

The room was clean and nice, and the bathroom was spotless. Everyone there was very disciplined and didn't disturb others. It was close to the MRT and had a pretty good breakfast. If you're traveling alone, you should consider staying there.

Friendly staff, strategic location and clean place

The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. The room was clean, but a little noisy from other travelers. The bathroom was clean, and this hotel is highly recommended for solo travelers. The hotel is right in front of Chinatown and very close to the Chinatown MRT.

The staff was friendly. Even though we shared the room with others, our personal space was still well-managed.

You could clearly hear people moving around in the room upstairs, and the beds were very small. Everyone's luggage took up all the room's space. The breakfast was good, and the menu changed over the two days. You had to wait in line for a place to shower and wash your face.

101 room a bit hot at night like two central ACs but the other 1 is not that strong and not that cold as well so it was like fan (?) very very clean though! bring some slippers if ur coming, they dont provide one

No need to question the location, you can literally explore anywhere if you stay here. Perfect location. Too, I'm amazed as they employ people with special needs to be part of their team.

Comfortable, clean and close to tourist areas

The staff are friendly, you can leave your suitcase for sightseeing, the place is clean, breakfast is free again, the location is very strategic.. Recommended👍🤗.. Overall very good and vibes.

Amazing new hostel. Breakfast had many choices, and the bed is so comfortable. Also love that they have free toothbrush and comb, so convenient. Will come back again!
