Buena ubicacion, buena limpieza, espectacular desayuno “lo mejor de todo”, solo que el Bar deberia cerrar mas tarde. Hotel super recomendado

The room was clean and the reception staff had flat affect and not very friendly. The card key malfunction several times and had to come down to reception 6 times to correct it. The staff at the front desk weren’t very friendly and or very helpful.

The hotel is well located, comfortable and staff is extremely helpful, at a excellent price for the stay. It has a quite interesting gym available for the guests - just a couple of machines were disconnected - perhaps in need of maintenance. Overall, an excellent stay.

This is a 3 star hotel, not the 4. Hallway cleanliness was below 4 star expectations. Our shower had black mold in the grout. Mold was also where we had to hang the towels on the hooks on the wall. Breakfast was ok, too many breads that taste the same, eggs were below average. Only fruit and yogurt saved breakfast. Pool - grout had mold, so I did not even swim. Beds we comfortable and clean sheets we changed daily. That was good. Location is good, beach is close.

Excelente servicio

The bathroom was really dirty. Walls had marks all over. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The breakfast was very limited in vegetarian options. Night staff didn’t speak English.

Room and bathroom was unclean. Dirty bed linen, dust/trash under bed under bed and sofa bed provided. The bathroom sink would back up with water and took a long time to drain. I was not notified that the middle elevator did not stop at the 8th and 7th floors. Used the stairs to get to my room several times. Chaotic breakfast seating my table was taken while I got my food, but a good and varied breakfast spread.

Very good breakfast

If you like beach, this is great location. Breakfast is big and delicious. Many restaurants in walking distance. Uber is really quick to pick you up. Pool and Gym are so so, they are on eleventh floor with beautiful views. This is a busy hotel with mostly Brazilians as their guests. Rooms are ok and toilet is poor but shower is good. Lots of shelving and drawers to put your clothes. Also had a safe for valuables. Overall I would give it a 7.8/10.
