Friendly service, swimming pool is okay, but the lights in the room are a bit dark.

The check-in time is very strict at 3.00 p.m. No daily housekeeping for the room. Need to call for changing towels, but the housekeeping response quickly. Housekeeping hours only until 10 pm. The receptionist is very strict about all the rules. The room is very good because it is a new building. Breakfast at LUCK BROS KOPI is very good, also can be taken away.

Very comfortable... but the room had a slight bad smell when we entered, maybe because it had been a long time since anyone had been in the city... everything else was ok... will repeat again

Great and spacious stay at Genting, come with jacuzzi at the balcony area that surprised me. Suite for family stay and the only disadvantage is it is far from Sky Avenue.

The butter knife was used and unwashed. Except for that, the rest of the room is still very new and clean. Restaurants at the ground floor seemed very nice and have quite a few options.

Good location, super cold at there stay, if peak season maybe will have is buffet breakfast, if not is meal at nearby lobby restaurant. Need go check in early and take number to waiting check in

Good location, comfortable, cool, can go to Skyworld by shuttle bus (one way), there is a bridge on the way back (between Sky Bridge).

All the facilities are good. Just need some improvement on the breakfast buffet.

It just so happened that I got a room that smelled a bit musty when I entered the room.

An absolutely amazing hotel. I really liked it and would stay here again. It's just that this is an apartment-style hotel, so on the second day no one came to clean or change the towels and sheets. But the cleanliness was truly extraordinary. Very, very clean.
