It was a magical stay at MaraMara & I cannot recommend them enough! Lovely appointed rooms & divine bath products including lotion!

Like: Easy access to parking structure and lobby Recently built property Rooftop swimming pool. Great view. Didn’t Like: Power blackout during rain. A backup power plant would make guest experience smoother and more enjoyable during those days since they are quite frequent.

Overall, it was a lovely place but the crowing rooster all night and the incessant barking of dogs, i could have done without. Loved the rooftop patio, the staff was friendly and the suite had all the amenities required.

This property is still under construction about half completed. The garden terrace not done the bar area completely unfinished in fact barely started. The front desk is not manned until 9am and gone at 4pm. Getting to the rooftop pool takes you through a lot of construction and once there you are surrounded by buildings under construction. Very noisy and not relaxing. Pool water was murky not crystal clear. Room was nicely appointed but very small. Toilet was positioned in a way that was very difficult. Once this place is finished I imagine it will be lovely but its far from there presently.

This property is simple and has a great pool. It was clean and had what we needed. The location is close to lots of stores and places to eat. We were able to lock up our golf cart in a garage. Our room was next to the janitor closet so it was noisy during the day. The view on all sides was all active construction.

Super friendly staff, air conditioned rooms, great facilities. Secure beds of room could have been a bit better, the door to the shared patio didn’t lock. Bit of a walk to get to town but not too bad. Nice cafes and Grocery store nearby. Overall an awesome stay!

What a lovely space. Check it out! Super clean, quiet when it needs to be. Most importantly it’s close to the action but far away enough you can actually sleep. I would absolutely stay here again. 8 minute walk to the beach. Thank you, Mara Mara!

Loved our stay at Maramara the rooster and dogs barking in the morning were annoying at times but I also know this is hard to control.

I had a fantastic stay at Maramara! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great—a 5-minute walk to the town centre and 10 min to the beach. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of walking around Saulita!

The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well taken care of. Nothing to complain about. Workers were very kind as well:) We felt safe at Maramara. It’s just down the street from pretty much everything. Our stay was great, would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Just steps out of the heavy traffic area. Great shops/restaurants/drug stores/corner stores/coffee shops. Classic dog barking and rosters crowing. We loved the roof top pool. We were in it everyday. You are in easy walking distance to town. The sidewalks and roads can be s challenging for people with walking issues. Lots to see and do. People are friendly and polite. The town has a real vibe to it. We were there at spring break and a (was not aware of) Mexico holiday. The town was packed. Alot of partying. Loved the north end of beach it was little quieter. The waves can be challenging for swimming at the beach. It is a surf town. We were there 7 days. Great sunshine, perfect temperature.

This hotel was much more basic than shown. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible as well. It felt more like hostel than hotel but we had a great trip to the area.
