Great hotel for a family trip, the family room is so spacious so four of us don't feel cramped. The hotel is located near tourist spots and foodies (culinary) that we have tried and like so much. Great hotel at a strategic location.

Location was great! Right beside First Avenue Mall for food and shopping, and also Top Penang for some entertainment (especially for kids). I was satisfied with the room comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast buffet spread not the best but was alright.

Overall a great stay, the bed is super comfortable, and the hotel staff are friendly. Facilities-wise, it is good but not great :) The room size is normal.

Arriving at the hotel from the airport, it felt very comfortable and then check-in was very easy, taking the elevator felt safe and entering the room looked clean including the toilet which had a toilet spray, complete bathroom amenities and when asking for additional drinking water it was immediately sent by housekeeping. On the other hand, the staff who cleaned the room every day made swan and monkey ornaments from towels as well as small letters saying good rest and others that I have never seen in any hotel even in any country. We enjoyed staying at this hotel for the 2nd time and will continue to stay when we go to Penang, thank you.

The staff were enthusiastic. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Good value for money.

The staff were very enthusiastic. We went out and came back late (10 pm) but still managed to enjoy the restaurant's live music in the lobby. It was fantastic. The location is extremely convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The staff is very helpful, the hotel atmosphere is nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are also ok and the service is good.

The hotel staff helped me call a taxi. When I stepped into the taxi, I saw 3-4 laundry bags with the hotel’s name printed on it. The driver explained that he was on the way to send the bags to the laundromat. I was already in the cab, so I said okay when the driver asked whether I minded with the laundry bags. Then I found out that the taxi didn’t use a meter, and I was charged quite a lot for such a short trip. Apart from this issue, everything else about this hotel is good.
