El hotel estaba bien, comodo y bien ubicado. No se si era temporal o no pero el agua tenia olor a cloaca, tanto de la ducha como del toilett y pila del bano. Eso fue dificil pues el olor invade toda la habitacion. Fuera de eso el hotel esta muy bien, tiene una ubicacin muy cercana a la zona de la catedral. Me gusto el area

No air condition broken the room it was dirty the floor also and the bathroom it was looks like it was in construction. They never finishand all the details in the bathroom they never told me about the one elevated to go all the way and and I have to take another elevator to go on one floor and then catch the other elevator to the other floor. It was so confusing they never told me anything about it.

The shower water gets all out it’s a mess and the water smells pretty bad as well, the decoration it’s nice and location is good but you hear everything since it’s in the center.

La atención del personal muy bien la vdd, el A/C sin problemas. Sólo que en el baño el botón del wc no funcionaba bien, el agua del lavamanos olía mal y no dan botellitas de agua. El estacionamiento está como a 100 mts pero todo bien.

the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,

Room was great front desk was friendly. Breakfast was cook to order not buffet style. The location was perfect to walk and see everything in Centro Guadalajara

New hotel just open 2 weeks ago. Need a few things but overall very nice friendly staff. If you need to stay in downtown area of guadalajara its perfect. They need to work on morning breakfast very limited but free so it's ok.

Amazing great service great staff. Love the area to walk and shopping. Definitely I will come back soon.

Habitación muy amplia, recién remodelada. Camas cómodas, baño moderno, aire acondicionado, pantalla enorme de más de 55’. Ubicación perfecta a 2 calles del centro. Solamente el olor de la cañería es muy fuerte incluso al bañarse o al usar el lavabo.

Todo muy bonito hasta que te quieres bañar o lavar las manos el agua huela a drenaje

El lugar es excelente por ubicación y precio, lo único que mejoraría o como recomendación, mantenimiento a tuberías, el agua olía a caño. Por lo demás súper. Muy recomendado.

Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. El desayuno no esta incluido, pero el costo es accesible. Poca variedad para elegir, pero con lo suficiente

Casi todo bien excepto el agua tanto d lavabo como de la regadera salían sucias y con un olor no muy agradable
