Great staff

The room was clean the service were good. Even though we ordered a king bed and a sofa the King bed looks really small but it was okay we were three adults in a room and the space wasn't big enough. The staff were kind. Breakfast was good

Habitación impecable, el staff atento y buena conexión wifi. La alberca está climatizada y fue muy conveniente para el trámite de la visa pues solo cruzas la calle y llegas.

Everyone and everything was perfect for the 2 weeks we were there. However, the only minor issue I would say that has nothing to do with staff but rather infrastructure, are the ac units (not bad enough to complain about though) .They sit above the door, inside the ceiling behind the vent. And it appeared that housekeeping had the obligation to vacuum out the water every other day (hence the requirement for them to check room every other day), since on the days that I’d skip or if I went over 2 days, you’d here water drops in the background. Usually on the days when water was clearly heard, we’d wake up w a lot of humidity inside the room. Immediately after room service and throughout the next 24 hours, air was crispy cold. So my recommendation would be not to skip housekeeping if possible. Otherwise, excellent stay and very very comfortable. Hotel sits directly across the street of the American embassy. Oxxo (similar to 7-11) sits immediately next to hotel and then there’s Harbor Mall w restaurants within walking distance. Excellent location and it was a pleasure to return back to our room at the end of the day. Definitely top hotel in my opinion.

En Expedía reservé un cuarto con 2 camas queen y 1 sofá cama. Al llegar en la noche tarde, la habitación que nos dieron no tenía sofá cama y lo necesitábamos. Me explicaron que ya habían reportado a expedía que solo las habitaciones con cama King tenían sofá cama. Nos hicieron el cambio de habitaciones sin problema y pudimos acomodarnos mejor. El personal muy amable y resolutivo.

Very few parking spots but they have an agreement with a nearby mall, couple steps from the hotel so it’s not too bad. Location is good, breakfast was ok (a bit repetitive if you’re staying for many days) and the rooms are brand new & clean.

El lugar está nuevo y tienen detalles que irán mejorando con el tiempo. Ubicación buena y segura. Enfrente del consulado americano.
