A good budget hotel. Secure parking and clean rooms. The AC was cold, although the shower leaked a bit, but otherwise, everything was good.

I swear I'm SO SATISFIED with this hotel, for 170 you can get a fragrant room, complete amenities, super clean, tidy, and still very new. Parking is also safe, comfortable, the service is good. Basically it's like finding a treasure, I really admire the owner of SANS, when I was in Semarang I also got 2 large beds for only 220. Hopefully the business will continue to run smoothly, and SANS can be in all cities..❤️❤️❤️

Overall, the service and facilities at this new hotel are satisfactory. However, there are a few things that need improvement: 1. There are quite a lot of ants in the room. 2. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. 3. The jet shower faucet in the downstairs bathroom is leaking. 4. The floor drain in the downstairs bathroom is not working properly. 5. The corners of the mattress base are quite sharp and dangerous, so safety guards are needed, as they can cause scratches, especially if you have small children.

Since it opened, I've stayed there twice. And the place is very comfortable. However, the last time I got a room that was brand new, it smelled really bad of paint.
