The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice. It was embarrassing

Cosy, very intimate and shill atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and customer-service oriented. The food is delicious and resonantly price. Except for the WIFI that is very weak, this Hoyle gets 5 stars. I highly recommend it.
