Booked a superior room, but it was completely different from the photos. The old room still had old-fashioned carpet, and the bathroom was minimalist and uncomfortable. The next day, I asked for an upgrade to a deluxe room, which was only 100,000 rupiah, but the quality was significantly lower. Superior rooms shouldn't be available anymore, especially on third-party apps, which is disappointing. Luckily, they took the initiative to upgrade; otherwise, I'd have given it 1 star.

The building is old and looks dirty from the outside, but once inside, it's clean and well-maintained. Each room has an iron, and it works well. I asked for cutlery several times, and it was delivered quickly, as my room was close to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the curtains were a bit dusty and difficult to open. The pool area was a bit dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The pool looks dated. Hopefully, it can be renovated.

I really enjoyed my stay at AIHO Hotel Medan. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the location is very convenient, especially for those visiting Podomoro City and DeliPark Mall. It's easy to shop and find food. A special appreciation goes to Zikry at the reception for his excellent service. He was very friendly, helpful, and took great care of his guests. The room is large, clean, and tidy. The TV doesn't work, there's only one bar of soap (for 2 people), and the mini cooler isn't cold. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The bathroom is great. The food is incredibly expensive. Suggestion: Please pay attention to the room facilities. The manager should double-check before guests check in. Thank you.

Nice hotel at the city center and easy to access.

The room's AC was hot. I'd been told to have it checked or move to another room. They'd told me it had been checked and it was cold, but it was still just as hot.

The hotel location is good; however, we can hear the sound of traffic, vehicle engines, and vehicle horns from our room, even though our room is on the 5th level.

The food is delicious, the beds are comfortable.

The best part of staying here is that they can check in on your behalf if there are any issues. It's very comfortable, the air conditioning is cool, and the hotel staff, including the security guards and cleaning staff, are very friendly. The people are really nice, making it very comfortable.
