A new hotel in Batam, very close to Nagoya Hills. The hotel is clean, and the beds are excellent, probably because it's new. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room is terrible. I stayed here for four days, needing Wi-Fi for work, and the poor connection was hampered.

Extend again because the business trip is not over, the place is comfortable, strategic, and the staff is friendly.

A brand-new hotel that is exceptionally clean and smells wonderful. The lobby and restaurant have a pleasant fragrance and a cozy Japanese-inspired atmosphere. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The room I stayed in didn't have a wardrobe, but it did have a clothes hanging area, which was perfectly fine. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

For a great location in the city center, the only accommodation options are Maxim, Gojek, and Grab. It's a long way to the bus stop.
