Found this "Nuansa Dieng" inn on TikTok, the admin is friendly and the guards there are also friendly. The location of the inn is very strategic, close to the 0 point of Dieng and Telaga Warna, as well as other tourist attractions. We chose the cabin room type because we wanted to try a new atmosphere. The cabin type room is located at the very top, so the view is very good. To get to the cabin, there are quite a lot of stairs and it can make you out of breath with quite a lot of luggage too hehe. As soon as you enter the room, you can smell the fragrance, it seems from the sheets and blankets. The room is very clean and the amenities are quite complete, there is bath soap, 2 sets of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels, a kettle for hot water, coffee, tea, sugar, glasses, spoons, and also wifi and a TV that can be used for YouTube, I haven't tried anything else. Overall, I was satisfied with my 2 days 1 night stay at Nuansa Dieng, hopefully one day I can return to Dieng again and stay here again :)

The location is on the main road. It's easy to find, and the staff are communicative and very helpful. They even lend me a motorbike if I need to go out to buy something. The building is really nice, still new. It's great.

It's really noisy in the middle of the hotel, and the towels are ugly and fluffy. When we used them, they stuck to our bodies and dirty our clothes. When we asked nicely, they said they didn't have any more, and all towels are the same.

Modern building and strategic location

I feel very very very satisfied with the cabin service. The Aa are friendly, the facilities are very complete, if we need a very fast response, the cleanliness of the cabin is very clean and trustworthy, the room is especially clean, the sheets, blankets, pillows are very clean and fragrant, there is hot water, with affordable family cabin prices, staying a few days in Dieng with family is highly recommended, especially the most impressive thing is that in front of the cabin you can see the mountains directly and the extraordinary garden views, the strategic location is close to tourist attractions and close to the zero point of Dieng, food stalls, markets, and close to the Dieng Banjarnegara gate. In short, a few days in Dieng were very memorable with the Nuasa Dieng family cabin residence, besides that the Aa is 24 hours in the villa so if there is anything you can ask for help 🤭👍🫰❤️ Anyway, next holiday next year will come back to this cabin.

For comfort, the rooms on the ground floor are a bit lacking, because of the noise from the upper floor, especially when there is activity.

The rooms are comfortable, with a mini kitchenette with a stove, pots, and an electric kettle, as well as free coffee and tea. The bathroom has hot water. The downside is that if you get a room on the ground floor, you can hear noise from upstairs.

Only the water heater is not working, the rest is very good

The place is nice, but there's only one cabin. Inside, there's a welcome drink, coffee, and tea ready to brew. The hot water also works. The view is sunset. It's close to Dieng's summit, Telaga Warna tourist attraction, Dieng Park, Batu Ratapan Angin, and Kawah Sikidang. Hopefully, I can stay here again someday 👍

They don’t have a bathroom but a toilet. We have a shower like in the mall toilet. They provide a kitchen and kitchen utensil but it was useless. They don’t provide a hair dryer. The room has direct access to the road. Felt insecure.
