Great location in Bocas town, walkable, food and vibes all around and easy access to water taxis and walkable to the airport too. Hotel was clean, the wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Friendly staff too!

The Bocas Del Toro hotel is awesome! The entire hotel is done in a nautical theme. It is a quiet and safe hotel and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs has a special burger made with the chefs artisan bread. It’s sooo good! Be careful in Bocas because there are many bars and loud discos that go late into the night. The Bocas Del Toro hotel gets quiet after the dinner crowd leaves and you get a restful night.

Dont stay unless you want to stay up all night partying

AC worked wonderfully! Surprised our king room was so small and dark--nothing like advertised in pictures of property!

The staff really stood out. They were all very very friendly and accommodating.

As friendly as the staff is, I was disappointed with the images they share. Do NOT book this to sit by the water. The pictures are of a restaurant underneath the hotel. Breakfast you have full access but there is no place reserved for hotel guests and at night I could not sit outside because I was solo And they wanted to keep the tables for bigger groups. Standard room is fine but no view whatsoever.

We had the suite on top floor with balcony overlooking the bay. Very spacious, enough sleeping for a family of 5, and everyone got their own bed. AC worked well. The staff are SUPER SUPER nice and helpful. We got there early and they stored our bags for us and gave us beach and other suggestions.

Great balcony, nice people , whatever they use for floor polish had an unpleasant chemical tang to room air.

Great place to stay in town, with friendly & helpful staff. Air conditioning was perfect & quiet. Weekend nights can be loud outside, but I slept well.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The establishment next door did play very loud music late into the night. But after a full day of fun in Bocas I went right to sleep anyway.
