Great location, clean and quite

I have given this hotel 5* but with 1 reservation , its location. It is located in a quiet side alleyway. Access is past municipal garbage bins and unfortunately this doesn’t give the best first impression. HOWEVER, when you get there it appears like an oasis. The pool is visible through reception and the exceptionally helpful staff welcome you. We were upgraded to Delux rooms overlooking the pool and they were huge. When checking out , our departure wasn’t until 10pm , but the staff allowed us to use the pool and reception facilities all day. Definitely recommended just don’t look at the bins.

Room is simple but clean, AC works fine, shower is good, located on a pretty quiet little "nook", has a very nice pool! Helpful and friendly staff. If you book online you don't get free breakfast (have to call or book with hotel directly) but with the cost of local breakfast, that really doesn't matter. We live in Cambodia and come into the city once a month and this is the best value we have found.

We were so lucky to find that gem of a place in the heart of Phnom Penh! We felt so much like being part of the family here!

Amazing place, lovely staff, clean pool , loved the cocktails happy hour … only fault , not enough storage space to put clothes away ..the rooms are huge , so can easily fit draws in… but overall excellent!

To start the hotel is not on Google Maps and could not be put into Grab App. After 2 calls I was finally able to get someone to talk with the front desk staff and they were able to direct the Grab driver to drop us off at the hotel next door. The hotel was located in an alley filled with trash. We had to be dropped off at the ally and walked through the ally to get to the hotel. When we arrived we were told the room I reserved did not have air conditioning so they put us into a different room for one night and maybe we move later or decide to stay in the other room. The room we got was small. The bathroom was on the balcony that looked over the pool. So we had to walk outside on the balcony in order to get to it. The following morning we asked for the room we reserved and it was available at 8am and air worked just fine. So not sure what the issue was the night before? The hotel staff asked us to remain in the small room with the bathroom on the balcony. We declined. Both rooms the beds were hard as rocks and there was hair (not mine) in the shower. The water in the shower did not drain well. There was about a half an inch of standing water while showering. The pictures on their site must be really old because it really didn’t look like the place I stayed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location just a short walk to the water. Lots os shops restaurants and bars as well as tourist attractions.

Inexpensive hotel in Central Phnom Penh. Large rooms especially those overlooking the pool. Breakfast is collected from """Cafe Bora""" Just a minute away - take a walk there yourselves as they have such an array of drinks & foods. Freshly squeezed juices. Delightful ( best cafe in the area)
