El lugar es realmente increíble, tiene una estética muy cuidada y es perfecto si buscas un espacio lindo para desconectarte y disfrutar. La atención también fue muy buena, el equipo es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin embargo, hay varios detalles que podrían mejorar, especialmente en términos de limpieza y terminaciones del hotel. Se notan algunas cosas poco prolijas que hacen que la experiencia no esté completamente a la altura de lo que uno espera al ver el lugar, que definitivamente es muy “para la foto”. A pesar de eso, lo recomendaría, sobre todo si valoras el diseño y el ambiente por sobre esos detalles. Con algunas mejoras, podría ser realmente espectacular.

The property was amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at Tregua. It’s a newly opened property, so they’re still adding a few finishing touches, but overall it was an amazing place to stay right in the city and on the lagoon. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. We had a car but ended up walking most of the time, and street parking was easy. We stayed in the upstairs lagoon-view room. The floor-to-ceiling window gave us a stunning view and made the space feel fully immersed in nature. (Just a heads-up to close the curtains when changing, as the room is very open.) Being on the upper level was perfect for sunrise views. That said, this level wouldn’t be ideal for children, as there are a few areas without railings. The property itself is beautiful, with a fully stocked and staffed bar on site, tons of outdoor seating, and an amazing dock where you can jump straight into the lagoon for a swim. The staff were absolutely incredible. Rodríguez and Gabriella went above and beyond and made our stay feel so welcoming and effortless. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work consistently in all areas, but the staff mentioned they’re actively working on fixing this.

Personal y trato muy amable, el desayuno continental aunque es pequeño es bueno, el hotel está en una ubicación muy buena y con buenas instalaciones, tienen un bar con snacks con cargo extra y descuento para huéspedes. El muelle privado es definitivamente lo mejor y las vistas son únicas

Es un lugar con un concepto que permite desconectarse de la rutina, disfrutar de la laguna; está en una ubicación cercas del centro y lugares para comer muy ricos

Equipe extremamente atenciosa e educada, ajudou em tudo em todos os momentos! Lugar novo, muito bem cuidado e bem relaxante, calmo e tranquilo! Ambiente limpo e organizado. Wifi é bemm ruim, não conte com essa comodidade. O deck ou mule, é bem curto fica mais recuado. Café da manhã, simples mas resolve. Pão, frios(presunto e queijo), algumas frutas, café, suco de abacaxi ou verde, iogurte e alguns cereais. No geral, atende o custo benefício.

sehr freundliches Personal, Preis/ Leistung passt.

Emplacement ideal aux abord du lac, 3 minute a pieds du centro. Employe tres sympathique et petit dejeuner sympa. La finition des chambres nest pas top mais quand meme tres fonctionelle. Chaque chambre a un balcon privé. Je recommande+ pour un court sejour.

El hotel está muy bonito, camas cómodas ,muy bien ubicado y el personal muy atento , sin embargo las áreas comunes estaban un poco sucias .

Hermoso hospedaje. Excelente atención.
