The hotel is very comfortable, and the lobby has automatic doors. The reception staff is friendly. The rooms are also comfortable; choose one with a balcony for relaxing outside. There's a built-in hairdryer in the wall and in the bathroom, so you don't have to worry about running out of hairdryers if you're borrowing one.

The hotel's location is strategic and it looks brand new. The staff is also friendly and helpful, especially the security guard who was always on hand to tidy up our parking lot. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't very soundproof, so it's quite noisy when someone opens or closes the door. The sound of passing motorbikes can still be heard loudly, and the keycard expires every day, making it a hassle to have to reactivate it in the lobby.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel building is new. The rooms have balconies, which, although small, are cozy. It's a relatively short walk to PVJ and Ciwalk.

This hotel is highly recommended! I'll definitely be back next time I visit Bandung.

The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning was cold and the hot water worked well. Perhaps a water station on each floor could be improved.

The hotel turned out to be brand new. The location is strategic, with ample parking for several cars and 24-hour security. The room was clean. Due to construction work next to my original room, I decided to move across the street. The staff was prompt in assisting me, and the new room was inspected and cleaned beforehand. I'll definitely stay here again if I go back to Bandung, as the price and service are excellent.
