The staff were helpful and the rooms were nice.

This was my first time in Ha Giang, and I accidentally booked the wrong dates. The hotel helped me change the dates without needing to cancel on the app. Upon check-in, the staff were incredibly helpful, the room was super clean, and the breakfast was nutritious. 10 out of 10!
