A room with a beautiful city view. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The downside is that the room service food prices don't match the original. It says fried rice with torch ginger ribs and fried village rice are 80,000 and 85,000, respectively. It turns out that when you pay per item, it's 115,000 (before tax!). Please update the menu prices. The fried rice with torch ginger ribs doesn't have any ribs at all, it's just chicken. Disappointed with the discrepancy, the taste is just so-so. Thank you and keep improving!

The hotel staff was friendly and the facilities were great, and we even got a free birthday cake. Keep up the good service 🙏

The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, were unfriendly and rarely smiled. The building is new, but it looks stiff. The parking lot is small and still messy and dirty. The winding walk from the parking lot to the lobby makes it uncomfortable.
