Excellent. Clean, friendly people, good service. Thoughtful and attentive.

The staff didn't contact us in advance. The phone number on the app was unreachable. We only got a different number to call for check-in upon arrival. The room was clean. The price was reasonable. The picture showed a washing machine, but there wasn't one in the room. We had to contact the laundry service and pay a fee. The kitchen only cooked instant noodles.

The way there was a bit hard to find. The air conditioner in the room was leaking water. Otherwise, everything was fine. For that price, everyone should go; the room was clean and tidy.

The check-in took a bit long, but overall the room was fine, comfortable, well-equipped, and had a small window with a nice view. Since I paid through the app, it was convenient to just return the key and leave upon check-out. The location in the alley is a little hard to find; you can access it via alley 426 Lang Street or alley 470 Lang Street, just follow the signs for Era.
