I booked through the app with a Superior Lake View type, and arrived there around 1:30 PM, the process was fast and I immediately got a room, but I didn't get a room with a lake view, they said it was full, then I was in room 1201 (in the corner) where the AC wasn't cold at all, the room was stuffy, the toilet was stuffy, previously I had complained and asked for a technician to come to the room to check, and it took a VERY LONG time to come, I was hungry waiting and finally I just went down to eat at Living World, a few hours later the technician came, I complained, how can a class like Artotel have an AC that isn't this cold, the room is stuffy, and the technician validated that it was indeed not cold, and recommended to move rooms, finally I was moved to room 1217, which was better and cooler than the previous room.
