Maybe because it's cheap. The AC isn't cold. The staff aren't very friendly, they don't greet you, and they don't seem to care. Overall, it's pretty good for the price. But the privacy is lacking. Is there anyone in the room? The housekeeping just opens the door without knocking first. Be careful. The service via WhatsApp is fast. It's okay, but I'll only stay here once.

I think it's very comfortable staying here. The place is cozy and not noisy either. The room smells nice, but the towels smell musty. Try washing them with some fragrance.

The point is, I don't want to stay here anymore. I was given a room that was completely uninhabitable. The most ruined part is not in the photo in the main room, the plywood was already destroyed due to leaks, there was a lot of mold on the walls. The AC in the main room was also not cold and a code appeared. After investigating what the code was, it turned out to be a freon pipe leak. And this was the first time I'd stayed in an apartment, all my family's feet were so dirty because the floor hadn't been cleaned, so I had to borrow a broom and mop, I cleaned it myself! I didn't have the energy to argue anymore so I just let it be, I didn't complain about the room. That night I had to pick up my mother at ICE BSD, and coincidentally I was given access to the elevator door along with a room key that had a broken connector, so the room key kept falling out. Because I was in a hurry, the room key ended up falling under the elevator. I quickly confirmed what happened to the receptionist. After confirming it three times, the receptionist threw up their hands and told me to wait for the manager. And the receptionist, 2 people, both said, "It's cheap ma'am, at most it's just for a spare key, less than 50 thousand". And you know what??? When I was about to check out and meet the manager, the manager apparently hadn't been informed by the receptionist I had previously informed. And the manager said, "What should I do ma'am? It's also difficult for me to get it under the elevator because I have to dismantle the elevator and call someone to work on the elevator, it has to be replaced as a package with the door latch". What? Isn't there another spare key? Then the manager said, "According to hotel regulations, damage and loss of cards are fined 200 thousand", while what fell under the elevator was the room key! The 200 thousand fine is if the elevator access card is damaged or lost!! While the room key was not damaged or lost! It just fell under the elevator! How could an apartment class not have an elevator maintenance person who can be asked to help get the key? Those who initially didn't want to complain about the very bad room so I extended everything.
