The facilities are good, and the staff service is also excellent.
Pros:
- The waiting lobby is quite spacious and comfortable.
- Complete kids club facilities.
- The gym is good and quite well-equipped.
- The rooms are quite good, with complete amenities.
- The staff service is very good.
Neutral:
- It looks like the hotel isn't fully finished; some facilities are still not open.
- Room cleanliness: There's still some construction dust near the TV stand. The LED backlight installation in the bathroom is not very neat.
Cons:
- No welcome drink.
- The most noticeable drawback is the breakfast:
> There's not enough space to accommodate a full complement of guests during peak season, so you'll often have to queue or sit at the end of the restaurant, a bit outside the restaurant area, and the food is very far from the restaurant. Even dividing breakfast batches by floor is ineffective, as those who get the later batches often run out of food and don't necessarily get a seat.
> The food, including the fried noodles, isn't fully cooked because most of it is dry. The seasoning is delicious, though. The food for the second batch was very limited, so it was definitely a waste to get a second batch.
- Another drawback that also made it uncomfortable was the elevator. It was slow, cramped, and the position and direction indicators (ascending/descending) were unclear, making it difficult to get up or down.
If the restaurant space for breakfast remains like this, it's best to avoid staying here during peak season.
